you will receive an extensive personal psychometric report about your Mental Toughness level (4C’s & 8 subscales) to discuss with me as your accredited coach and create an individual action plan to develop your Mental Toughness further

Book your first session

The first few minutes determine whether there is a congenial connection between two people. Therefore, please allow yourself a call for first impressions. It is very important that you feel comfortable as this is the foundation for good collaboration. 

Generally it is a requirement to settle the bill before each live-chat session. Please report cancellations by email 24h prior to the appointment and the full amount will be transferred back to your account. Alternatively, we reschedule the appointment.

Should you cancel short-notice, I will have to charge a cancellation fee of 50,- €. Thank you for your understanding.
